Acceptable Use Policy
Aya Studio is used to make content for families and children, so we keep a high bar. These rules apply to everything you upload, write or create, in any language.
Never allowed
- Sexual or nude content of anyone, of any kind.
- Anything that sexualises, endangers, exploits or grooms a child.
- Graphic violence, gore, cruelty or content that glorifies harm.
- Hate, harassment, bullying or slurs against any person or group.
- Content promoting self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
- Instructions or promotion for weapons, drugs or other illegal activity; extremist or terrorist content.
- Realistic images, video or voices of real, identifiable people without their permission, and deceptive deepfakes.
- Scams, fraud, impersonation of real brands or organisations, or misleading content presented as real.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
Using the service fairly
- Do not try to get around the safety checks, credits or account limits.
- Do not share accounts, resell access or let people outside your company use your workspace without our written agreement.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or attack the service.
- Only upload personal data, photos or voices of others with their permission — and of a child, only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Publishing AI content
Follow the rules of the platforms where you publish. Some (such as YouTube) require you to label realistic AI-generated content. You are responsible for checking content before it is published.
Enforcement
Requests that break this policy are blocked automatically. Anyone in a workspace can report a result. We may remove content and pause or close accounts that break the policy. To report a concern, email [email protected].
