Content & AI
Who owns what you make in Aya Studio, and what to keep in mind when you publish it.
You own your work
Your inputs (uploads, prompts, scripts, lyrics, characters) remain yours. Results you create in your workspace belong to your company, and you may use them commercially — on YouTube, in apps, books, advertising and products — as long as you follow our terms.
Aya Studio LLC claims no ownership of your outputs and does not use them to promote our service without your permission.
Things to know about AI outputs
- Results can be similar to results others receive from the same models.
- Copyright protection for AI-generated material differs by country and may be limited where there is little human creative input. Adding your own editing, writing and direction strengthens your rights.
- Models can make mistakes, including wrong text, pronunciation or details. Review everything before publishing, especially educational content.
- Do not prompt for well-known characters, brands, artists' styles or real people you don't have rights to.
Labelling AI content
Platforms and some laws ask for realistic AI-generated or altered content to be disclosed. When you publish, use the platform's AI label where it is required.
