Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between Aya Studio LLC ("Aya Studio", "we", "us") and the company or person using Aya Studio ("you", "the Customer"). By using Aya Studio you accept them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept them for that company.
1. The service
Aya Studio is an online studio for creating images, videos, voice-overs, songs and edited videos with artificial-intelligence (AI) models. It is provided by Aya Studio LLC, licensed in Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
2. Accounts and invitations
Access is by invitation. Each customer has a workspace with an owner, who invites team members and assigns roles (owner, admin, creator or viewer).
You are responsible for everything done through your workspace's accounts. Keep passwords private, use one account per person, and tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
You must be at least 18 years old to have an account.
3. Plans, credits and payment
Creating content uses credits. The number of credits each action uses is shown before you start it, and depends on the model, length and quality chosen.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and are billed per seat. A plan's monthly credits are refreshed at each monthly renewal; unused monthly credits do not carry over. Credits bought as top-ups do not expire while your workspace is active.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where required by law.
Fees and credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where a job fails for a reason on our side, in which case the credits for that job are returned automatically.
We may change prices or credit costs with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
If a payment fails, we may pause creation in the workspace until it is resolved.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload (your inputs). Subject to these terms and to the rights of others, you own what you create with Aya Studio (your outputs), and you may use outputs commercially. See the Content & AI page for details.
You give us a limited licence to store, process and send your inputs and outputs to AI providers, only to run the service for you, keep it safe and meet legal obligations.
AI outputs may not be unique: other users may receive similar results. Some outputs may not qualify for copyright protection in every country.
5. Acceptable use and safety
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Requests are checked automatically before they are generated, and requests that break the policy are blocked.
We may remove content, pause or close a workspace that breaks these terms or the policy, or that puts other users, children or the service at risk. Where possible we will tell you first.
6. AI models and third parties
Aya Studio uses AI models from third-party AI model providers. Models can produce inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect results; review outputs before you publish them.
Models and providers may be added, changed or retired. We will try to offer an equivalent option when a model is removed.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep Aya Studio available and secure, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Planned maintenance will be announced when practical.

8. Ending the service
You can cancel your plan at any time in Team & billing; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
After your workspace is closed, you have 30 days to download your content. After that, we delete it from the service (backups are cleared on their normal cycle).
9. Warranties and liability
Aya Studio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that outputs will be error-free, fit for a particular purpose or free from third-party claims.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data.
You will cover us against claims arising from your inputs, from how you use outputs, or from your breach of these terms.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes at least 30 days before they apply; continuing to use Aya Studio after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
